Welcome to The SMILE Group. Whether you’re finding motherhood harder than expected, suffering from full blown postnatal depression or just having a bad day you are welcome at this group.
Our aim is to support you and provide you with some time so you can relax, chat, off-load, and meet new people or even cry (we’ve all been there!) within a non-judgmental environment.
The group was set-up in January 2010 by two mums who both struggled with motherhood and needed someone to talk to about their feelings. Since then the group has helped numerous women, some who attend regularly, some when they need, some only once.
