There are a number of things you can do to help relieve the symptoms of PND. You may not feel like doing them and, in your worst moments, you probably won’t believe that they will help.. but they will.
Each of them is a stepping stone to your recovery. It’s all about taking valuable time out for yourself, helping to unpick any unhelpful thought patterns or simply relaxing and ‘being in the moment.’
Try to hold on to the fact your thoughts and feelings are transitory; they will pass. You can get better and you are not alone.
